Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Frames
Place the glasses, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the protective shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new pair within 5 to 7 business days.
